Steel structures for LED screens — design, manufacturing, delivery and installation
A reliable steel structure is the foundation of every LED display. It carries wind and snow loads, keeps people around the screen safe and gives technicians easy access for maintenance. LEDCOM designs and manufactures steel structures of any complexity: frames for outdoor LED screens and 6×3 m digital billboards, single- and double-pole supports for supersites, sub-frames for media facades, rigging for stages, center-hung video cubes and LED rings in sports arenas, plus service platforms with ladders and railings.
Every structure is engineered for the specific screen, mounting location and climate zone — including Arctic regions with temperatures down to −50 °C and strong winds. We deliver our steel structures to any city in Russia.
Turnkey installation
When the structure carries LED equipment manufactured by LEDCOM, our team handles turnkey installation: erecting the frame, mounting the cabinets, running power and data, calibrating the picture and commissioning the system. One team is responsible for both the steel and the screen.
